Experience and Achievements:

I have been active in representing buyers and sellers  for over twenty-two years.  I became very familiar with the Denver market in the early 2000's. I represent clients who purchase their first or second home in Denver.   Many of my clients are repeat customers who I help secure the best value for their investment.  I have significant experience in conducting effective negotiations with colleagues, mortgage brokers, and title companies.


Perspective:

Working with a realtor involves several key variables. The most important are trust and reliability. Given the uncertainties of today's real estate market, it is especially critical that buyers and sellers have someone they can count on to get the job done for them. The process of buying or selling a home is one that should be rewarding and successful in the end. I stay on top of the needs of my clients. Mike's background:

 While I grew up in Alabama, my home has been in the Denver area since 1969.  I know Denver and the surrounding areas very well. lived in many  neighborhoods in metro Denver: Lakewood, Harvey Gulch, Park Hill, Jefferson Park, Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Platte Park, Cheesman Park, and now in Mayfair, where I live with my partner. In addition to my work as a realtor, I served as a school principal and a teacher, working in Boulder, Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada, and Denver. I received my master's and doctorate in education from the University of Colorado. I have four children and four grandchildren, all of whom live in the Denver area.  I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, movies, concerts, theatre, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
